3,775-year-old log presents new insights for climate change solutions
A note-worthy discovery has come forth from a recent study uncovering that a 3,775-year-old log, in a perfectly preserved condition, in low-permeability clay soil, could play an important role in progressing strategies to battle climate change. Facilitated by a team of researchers, led by Professor Ning Zeng from the University of Maryland, the research showcases an innovative technique known as “wood vaulting.”
