Navratra: Jammu and Kashmir traffic police issue special traffic advisory to minimise traffic congestion

Jammu and Kashmir Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory for pilgrims visiting Kali Mata Mandir Bagh-e-Bahu and Kandoli Mata Nagrota during Navratra festival from October 3-12. One-way traffic will be enforced, heavy vehicles restricted, and dedicated parking zones established to ease congestion. Devotees are urged to follow route guidelines and parking rules.
