Medical colleges can now offer new PG courses: 4 new-age specialisations that can be offered in India at the post-grad level in medicine

The National Medical Commission (NMC) sets guidelines for medical institutions to introduce new postgraduate qualifications like MD, MS, DM, and more, requiring consultation with relevant boards and a detailed application process. Additional specialized PG courses in Clinical Allergology, Neuro-Endocrinology, Palliative Medicine, and Neuropsychology are now possible under the updated 2023 regulations.
