1999 Delhi double murder case convict out after facts hidden, SC asks senior lawyer to explain

The Supreme Court has demanded an explanation from senior advocate Rishi Malhotra after the temporary release of a double murder convict from Tihar jail. The release followed suppression of facts about a 30-year cap on remission imposed by the court. The court issued notice to Malhotra for further clarification on the matter.
