SNL mocked the Hawk Tuah girl. Her reaction was funnier than the skit

Her popularity recently hit a new peak when she was parodied on Saturday Night Live during the season 50 premiere on 28 September. In the sketch, actor Chloe Fineman portrayed Welch in a game-show scenario, complete with an exaggerated rendition of her “hawk tuah” catchphrase. Rather than being offended, Welch saw the humour in it, sharing the clip on X (formerly Twitter) and urging people to donate to Paws Across America instead, saying, “Thx SNL but plz donate to my charity Paws Across America and not myself.”
