Etihad Airways fined Rs 75,000 for delayed return of passengers’ lost baggage

The complainant alleged loss of valuable items, but the court found no merit in this claim due to undeclared items at the airport. The passenger’s bag was misplaced and relocated during flight layovers from Sweden to Delhi.
