Delhi Police files 7,000-page charge sheet in kidney transplant racket

The Delhi Police have submitted a 7,000-page charge sheet concerning an illegal kidney transplant racket involving Bangladeshi citizens. Seven individuals, including Dr. D Vijaya Rajakumari, were detained. Dr. Rajakumari allegedly performed about 15 illegal transplants at Noida-based Yathartha Hospital from 2021 to 2023. Investigators found counterfeit documents and Aadhaar cards.
