Heavy security measures in Vijayawada temples ahead of Navratri celebrations

Ahead of Navratri celebrations, Vijayawada district in Andhra Pradesh is bolstering security around temples with approximately 4500 police personnel. A command centre and CCTV surveillance are set up, and drones will monitor the area. Authorities anticipate a higher influx of devotees this year, expecting around 16-17 lakh visitors.
