The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois has nullified a $3,750 damages award to Catherine Alexander, Randy Orton’s tattoo artist. The court sided with WWE and Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., citing lack of substantial evidence for the financial judgment. Alexander had sued over unauthorized use of her tattoo designs in video games.
