Silver alert issued for missing man in US’s San Jose
The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for Yongchang Chen, a missing 66-year-old man from San Jose. Last seen on Thursday morning, Chen is described as being 5’8″ tall and weighing 150 pounds. Authorities believe he is on foot and urge anyone with information to contact 911 immediately.
