14 member ECI team to review election preparations ahead of Maharashtra assembly polls

A 14-member Election Commission of India team is set to visit Mumbai from September 26-28 to review preparations for the Maharashtra Assembly elections. They will hold discussions with political parties, government officials, and law enforcement agencies. The current assembly term expires on November 26, and election dates are expected to be announced soon.
