MoU signed between ARIES and BEL to enhance space situational awareness (SSA)

The Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (Aries) has partnered with Bharat Electronics Limited (Bel) to enhance India’s Space Situational Awareness. This collaboration focuses on tracking space objects, developing new tools, and building skills in SSA. The initiative aligns with ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Make-in-India,’ utilizing data from ARIES’s advanced telescopes for improved space safety.
