Supreme Court’s YouTube channel hacked, showed cryptocurrency videos

The Supreme Court of India’s YouTube channel was compromised today, showing videos related to Ripple Labs’ cryptocurrency XRP instead of its usual live stream hearings. YouTube has since removed the channel. This incident follows a pattern where hackers target popular channels to promote cryptocurrency scams in the past. Ripple had previously sued YouTube for failing to stop scammers from impersonation.
