Essex fined 100,000 pounds over racism between 2001 and 2010

The England Cricket Regulator fined Essex County Cricket Club 100,000 pounds for failing to address systemic racism and discrimination between 2001 and 2010. An independent panel issued the fine after a sanctions hearing, with half suspended for two years. The County side admitted guilt and can appeal until October 2.
