Karnataka Police seize phones, knives, and more from Bengaluru prison where Darshan was detained earlier

Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, detained for the alleged murder of fan Renukaswamy, was recently shifted from Bengaluru’s Parappana Agrahara Central Jail to Bellary Jail after images of him receiving special treatment went viral. A police raid on the Bengaluru prison barracks uncovered 15 mobile phones, knives, stoves, and cash. Darshan and 16 others, including Pavithra Gowda, are accused of orchestrating the brutal murder of the victim.
