Irani Cup tie to be moved out of Mumbai

The Irani Cup match, initially set for Mumbai, will be relocated because of the city’s extended monsoon season. The fixture between Ranji Trophy champions Mumbai and the Rest of India is expected to be held at either Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium or Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium. This change comes after Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy triumph led by Ajinkya Rahane.
