Tamil Nadu: 3 pedestrians including 2 women killed in road accident in Namakkal district

Three morning walkers, including an elderly couple, were killed in an accident in Namakkal district when they were hit by an Omni van. The incident took place at around 5 am on the Mohanur-Namakkal state highway. The driver, who also sustained injuries, is under investigation by the police.
