Reliance invests in American Helium company to power its data centres, electronics, aerospace and other needs

Reliance Finance and Investments USA LLC has acquired a 21% stake in Wavetech Helium, Inc. for USD 12 million. The acquisition aligns with Reliance’s strategy to enhance its presence in low-carbon solutions and the exploration and production sector, focusing on helium extraction from underground reservoirs.
