Bikaner House attachment order stayed by Patiala House Court

The Patiala House Court has stayed the attachment order concerning Bikaner House. It was argued that Bikaner House is owned by the Rajasthan government and not connected to Nagar Palika, Nokha. The attachment order was passed without allowing the state to present its case. The next hearing is scheduled for January 7.
