Madhya Pradesh bypoll: INC wins Vijaypur seat, counting at Budhni still on

INC candidate Mukesh Malhotra secured victory in the Vijaypur bye-elections, defeating BJP’s Ramniwas Rawat by over 7000 votes. Meanwhile, in the Budhni constituency, BJP candidate Ramakant Bhargav maintained a lead of over 6000 votes against INC’s Ramkumar Patel after six rounds of counting.
