Putin to visit ICC member Mongolia on Sep 3: Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin will next week visit Mongolia, a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) that has issued an arrest warrant for the Russian leader, the Kremlin said Thursday. ICC members are expected to make the arrest if the Russian leader sets foot on their territory.
